If you want to explore the UK in a unique way you can with Roam VW Campervan hire.
Roam offers luxury, bespoke ‘van life’ experiences. Based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, the heart or the Chilterns AONB. We have plenty of excellent local campsites if you are looking for a quick trip or why not travel down to the south coast.
We provide most of everything you will need. Just come with over night bag and set off on your adventure.
There is a two night minimum for both vans and most weekends have a three night minimum. If the dates you want are already booked we can always add you to the wait list, and if there is a cancellation we will contact you.
Please note we do not offer single night stays.
A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance and £750 security deposit due 10 days before hire. Drivers must be aged 25-75, hold a UK licence for at least 2 years and must meet the driving and claim’s criteria. All driver’s licences will be checked and verified before hire. Fully comprehensive insurance is included and a copy of your drivers license, two proofs of address and a signed copy of the rental agreement are required.
In your van, you’ll find a fridge, sink and gas hob, with pots, pans and kitchenware and complimentary essentials from cooking oil, salt, tea and coffees.
We don’t like rushing. We offer a leisurely check-in & check-out. Just let us know when you book so we can accommodate your times.
All private vehicles left with us while the van is in hire can be kept on a private drive. However we accept no responsibility for any damage to the vehicle. If arriving by train we can offer a pickup and drop off service. Our nearest train station is High Wycombe or Great Missenden.
Yes! We now welcome small and medium-sized dogs in Luna, our dog-friendly camper.
If you’d like to bring your four-legged friend along, simply add the Dog extra when booking your camper. We know adventures are even better when the whole family can come along!
Both campers have solar panels and a leisure battery. There are two USB sockets in the cabin for charging mobile phones. A power cable is supplied for electric hook-up when stationary, allowing use of the 230V sockets.
Please note that without an electric hook-up, the leisure battery will typically provide around one day’s power, depending on usage and weather conditions. Please keep this in mind when booking campsite pitches, and book a pitch with electric hook-up if you’ll need power for longer stays.
